MINISTRY LEADERS

PASTOR JEFF TERRY

Jeff Terry is the lead pastor at Church at the Well. His Jesus-with-skin-on approach to sharing the Gospel reflects Jeff's passions for Christ and Christian community. Jeff is a certified John Maxwell leader, and he has a heart for mentoring and leadership development, regardless of age or stage of life. Jeff believes strongly in the local church and has served in several facets of ministry throughout his life including youth ministry, children's ministry, and media/ technical teams. Jeff enjoys spending time with his two children and three grandchildren. He and his wife Tonja reside in Hiram, GA with their "boys" - two labrador dogs Oakley and Chief.

LANIER MOTES - WORSHIP LEADER

Lanier Motes is the worship pastor at Church at the Well. Lanier is a music professor at Point University where he gets to fuse his passions for music and education. Lanier has been leading worship for years. One of Lanier's greatest joys is connecting believers to experience relationship through the power of praise and worship. Lanier and his wife, Sherri, have three children.

TONJA TERRY - CHILDREN'S MINISTRY LEADER

Tonja Terry is the children's ministry leader at Church at the Well. Tonja taught kindergarten for 32 years and has been involved in children and youth ministry for nearly 10 years. Throughout her life, Tonja has been involved with music ministry. Tonja is an advocate for the next generation and believes in the power of training up children in the Word of God. She loves her two children, three grandchildren, and two "boys" as much as her husband Pastor Jeff.
